We are the owners and operators of Elevated Wood Fired Pizza and Elevated Pizza Kitchen, Tom and Margaret Peponis. Tom has previously been executive chef at one of Columbus' top wood fired pizza restaurants, and for the past three years he has been honing the craft of food trucking. We expanded to the Budd Dairy Food Hall in June 2025 with a deck oven operation. His passion, knowledge, and skill create the best pizza you'll ever taste. Margaret is a former French teacher who handles the non-pizza aspects of our business. We can't wait to elevate your pizza to the next level.
